Store Policies

Please read the store policies carefully before ordering. 

Our work is handcrafted in small batches, ensuring attention to detail and creation of unique pieces. By intentionally keeping a limited inventory, we make a conscious sustainability choice, creating only what is needed. While some pieces may be in stock and ready to ship, many are made to order to reduce unnecessary production. Although most orders are completed and shipped within a 3-7 business days. During holidays and big sale events, however, it may take us a bit longer to get your order shipped. 
Once your package leaves our facility, we have no control over the shipping/handling times of the chosen carrier. 
If you need your piece(s) by a specific date or would like an estimate for how long it will take, contact us prior to placing your order. We're here to assist you and make sure you receive your piece(s) in a timely manner.

While we don't offer full customization services, we are more than happy to accommodate certain modifications to our existing designs, allowing you to create a piece that feels uniquely yours. Here are some of the modifications I'm open to, although this list is not exhaustive:

-Adjusting the chain length

-Selecting different stone(s)

-Choosing a different ear wire style

Please note that depending on the materials and labor involved in the redesign, there may be an additional fee. However, in many cases, the cost remains similar to that of the original piece. Don't hesitate to reach out and share your ideas with me. Together, we can explore the possibilities.

By default, we offer shipping via USPS First Class Mail. If you'd prefer a different shipping carrier or faster delivery, We are more than happy to explore alternative options for you. Please note that any additional shipping methods or carriers may incur extra charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer. Feel free to contact us, and we'll assist you in finding the best shipping solution to meet your needs.

Your satisfaction and happiness with your purchase is our #1 priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 7 days after the order is delivered. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and original shipping costs (if any) are not refunded. Item(s) must be unworn, undamaged and returned in original packaging. Please contact us to begin the return process.

Once the returned item is received and inspected your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, it can take 5-10 business days for the return to be processed (including your bank/card company processing times).  Pieces that have been customized may or may not be returnable. 

For many of our products, there are multiple size options available at the time of order. In the event, you order an incorrect size or it just doesn't fit, we will happily adjust or replace the piece for the proper size. Bear in mind, not all pieces can be resized so please contact us to inquire. Resizing fees are determined on a case by case basis at the time of resizing. Often times, a piece can simply be exchanged for the correct size. 

Each piece is carefully handcrafted to ensure quality; however, it's important to remember that jewelry is not indestructible and occasional breakages can occur. In such cases, we am here to help you with the repair process. If your jewelry sustains any damage, please email us at info@ginasartisantreasure.com, providing a detailed description and photo(s) of the issue.

We understand that accidents happen and we assess each repair inquiry on a case-by-case basis. After evaluating the damage, we will promptly provide you with a personalized quote for the cost of the repair. Simple repairs are often done free of charge, but the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.

 

Please be aware that repairs may not be possible for pieces showing signs of improper care or extensive tarnish, as outlined in the Care for your Jewelry page.
